Mini Polar Bear Quests - Where are they? - Guild Wars Forums

Wiki seems to claim that there are two quests given by "Rift Warden" that spawn a end-chest with a chance of getting a mini.

I couldn't seem to find him in Kamadan/LA, so I checked wiki and it says that the Warden only appears after the first weekend of the Wintersday celebrations.

Is this true?

Is he there at the moment and has the first wintersday weekend already passed?

The event just started a few hours ago and it's Friday in the US. Give him some time.

Kind of like how all the Halloween quests weren't up for grabs on day 1, same thing with Wintersday quests

Have patience, the Rift Warden will show in the next few days and you'll have the astronomically low chance of getting an MPB like everyone else

they both spawn a wintersday chest witch can drop mini polar bear toughts it's very rare

,i havent found the riftwarden today, he wasn't where he was normaly in kamadan, maybe this quests are replaced with:
Operation: Crush Spirits
Fighting in a Winter Wonderland
because the wiki doesn't mention his quests

Candysmiths (candy cane weapons)
Tonic makers
and Gift Givers outside of snowball match

have always appeared later in the festival. They have never been present on the first day.
